Here’s how I continue to gain quality muscle after 14 years of training without bulking/cutting:
Even while travelling full time, I always make sure to eat only whole food sources (& croissants).
This allows me to constantly maintain great digestion & gut health while ensuring I have adequate nutrients each day.
Spending most of my days outside, even while working has been a key aspect of my health routine over the years.
The more sun I get, the better I feel, the better I recover & the harder I can train.
Get outside often.
Quite often the most overlooked aspect of your health.
I make sure every night I get an absolute MINIMUM of 8 hours.
Ideally 9-10 hours is where I operate best.
Watching the sunset, blocking artificial light, active days are all helping my sleep.
The male body WANTS to be lean & muscular.
Getting myself as healthy as possible is a major aspect why I can continue to improve every month.
Longevity (health) > quick results (gains)
Not all of my training sessions are hypertrophy gym sessions.
Sometimes it’s a swim in a cold lake, sometimes 10 rounds of sparring.
Whatever it is I’m moving.
Being capable through all planes of movement rather is the goal.
There are rooms of nerds whose entire purpose in life is to market a new product to you.
Super berry blast 3000 isn’t going to get you in great shape.
Don’t be fooled by the latest things. (PED’s, supps etc)
Stick to a natural life
